The staff at reception were very courteous & friendly. We arrived earlier than expected and they were happy to ask housekeeping to clean our room as a priority so we could check in early. Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Great restaurants nearby.

We were told that it would be an extra $25 per night for parking, then got in the elevator where it advertised accommodation included free undercover parking.

Great spacious size room with kitchen and seperate bedroom. Also enjoyed a balcony setting. Many Restaurants within meteres with relaxed outdoor dining or air conditioned seating. Good undercover or just gated security parking. I’m not a tall person so found getting into shower within a bath tub a bit or a leap and always worry about slipping. But overall enjoy our short stay. Friendly staff. Will stay again.

Always enjoy our stay at the Grand Mercure. Good location, with comfortable and clean rooms. Price is reasonable considering it’s the busy festive season.

Clean and comfortable, nice staff, fine for a business trip. I like having a clothes dryer in the room. Small kitchen with decent sized fridge. Location is fine close to town and a handful of restaurants. Pool is small and probably fine for kids but you couldn’t swim laps in it. They have water at reception for anyone who comes in from the summer heat needing a drink which was a nice touch.
