It was one of the dirtiest hotel I have come across. There was mould on the walls. Wallpaper was coming off the walls at numerous places. They tried to stick back the wallpaper with sticky tape. The bed was smelliest I could describe. It appeared that the bedding is not regularly changed. The kettle had a broken handle. Imagine holding an electrical equipment with a broken handle. In the bathroom, they didn't have a shower curtain to separate the washing area from rest of the bathroom The exhaust fan was broken. Towels were dirty. I would have given the hotel a minus score. Terrible

This is a terrible, dirty hotel...ok it cost us $34 a night so I should have expected something worse then the phony reviews of the place. And that indeed is the problem...phony reviews. The hotel lobby is depressing. The day ***ager is unsmiling, rude and clueless. The room was sketchy with pealing wallpaper, a bucket for the shower, and a questionable bed mattress...eh...painful. The real problem here is that the review said the Venus was good to exceptional value. It isn't. Its a cheap hotel in a string of cheap airport hotels. Unless you have no other options...stay away!

Bogus photos. Be careful. I had made a reservation at the Venus hotel (Plaza) and they took me to another hotel, Hotel Smart Plaza) from the airport. They said it was the same band, and the same rates. Except it was clearly a scam and I found it in a dirty, noisy, bad hotel with lousy service. I complained but they maintained it was the same hotel and even kept the same rate even though the rates shown on the Smart Plaza hotel website were lower. They also refused to make an invoice during Check Out. I opened a complaint to Booking which will investigate this case. Avoid therefore!

Please don't look at *********** photos. all are fake, doesn't match with hotel stay at all. Rooms full of mosquitos and cockroaches, bedsheets looks like never washed and full of stains. wi-fi doesn't work staff not helpful and don't give a damn! Stay away!!

Booked this hotel on ***********, because of the good reviews, the location, pictures .... All is fake - they put a false location to make people believe it is close to the airport. They use fake pictures. It is listed as 4 star hotel, but in fact it is very old, dirty, stinky - just useless and not worth the price at all. The reviews in *********** are all fake ... after my stay I wanted to write a review. Before I could do that, the hotel wrote a very positive review in my name and I just received an e-mail from *********** saying thank you for reviewing my stay. Obviously they use some hacking tricks to fake their online presence.
