The outer appearance was not good. Was in the room ans a big rat ran across the floor. My self ans my partner left white away. I want a full.refun

Check in was very well done

The people hanging around the place were very sketchy. New owner was very nice. He did everything he could to make me feel comfortable about staying there. In his defense he only took over the property 1 week before we stayed there. If it gets cleaned up you can't beat the price!

The good: the front desk guy was super friendly. He corrected our issue quickly. The bad: trash and empty alcohol bottles all over the property. Halls look like they haven’t been swept in 3 years. There was a bag of trash, an unmade bed and dirty towels in the first room we were assigned bc the cleaner didn’t do their job. The ceiling had moldy spots. Didn’t even bother to take pictures bc seeing the place again would just be torture.

Avoid this hotel it was dirty, stained and is not suitable for a human to sleep in. The trash in the parking lot was several feet high. The hallways were littered with trash and stained. The hotel doors to enter the building did not lock at all. The room was either not cleaned at all or cleaned by a bling person. I honestly think a homeless shelter would be a safer and cleaner sleeping option.

I didn't like anything

The new ownership is the most kind, polite individuals. The room was spotless, area was quiet as well as spotless. 100% recommend, absolutely no complaints at all. I will be definitely staying here again. Plus the price was easily affordable.
