Staff not very attentive and/or helpful.
We arrived from out of town before 3pm. Desk Clerk said he is on lunch..told us to come back as they generally are not available for check-in until 3pm

We just spent 1 night at the Quality Inn in Southampton and were very pleased. Our room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Checked in for a Thursday to Sunday stay. Location was clean and all necessities were taken care of.
Coffee/tea and Water set I the front lobby was very convenient.
Nice variety at breakfast - waffle maker only worked out one day - mix not being made correctly. Staff was very pleasant - check in could have been a little better.
