Booked this hotel because it said it had parking but I could not book a space. When I arrived there were no spaces available. Having waited some time for a parking space I decided to go to reception, to be told that the hotel had 170 odd rooms and only 47 car parking spaces and that it was not your car park. The receptionist said there was parking 150 yards up the road. I went to have a look and found what looked like a public car park which was quite run down and in a fairly unwelcoming area. Being that I booked an accessible room it was quite obvious that I required car parking close to the hotel. In the end I went elsewhere. Not impressed and not happy. Will not book with your chain of hotels again

Have to specify charging sheets on room cleaning services and people walk into your room without permission to test stuff while you’re in the room.  The restaurant can barely seat 4 tables and you get sent away if you don’t book ahead of time. The Steak was awful, can’t believe the claim to have a chef in the kitchen.

Everything was great accept. I had paid for the room in advance. When the clerk asked for my card I thought he was checking my card matched the card on record. He proceed to chard me for the room again £78. Said there was outstanding balance. After taking the money I said excuse it had been paid. He then said s sorry I’ll issue a refund. But this has caused me issue I was only in Southampton 1 day and I only had 90£ to spend after he done this I only had 10 £ left he then tried to take more money for the second room. I had to borrow money and now I have e to wait 5-7 days to get the refund. The next day. My flight was delayed. And although taking my money. He the same many wouldn’t let me have a late check out end. Though there we rooms

Very clean and tidy room and lobby. Nice staff at reception.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel's location was good, but the hotel did not provide disposable slippers or bottled water.

Don't stay here, run! There's no air conditioning!!! During the graduation season, we chose this hotel when all other hotels were fully booked. The management is extremely poor. They said it was a non-smoking room, but they gave us a ** room. The room reeked of **. The hotel staff admitted it; the cleaning staff may have known but didn't tell the front desk, only turning on a fan to remove the smell. When we complained to the staff, they just gave us deodorizing spray and told us to stay, not to change rooms, and to find our own solution. We had to sit outside all night because there were no rooms available anywhere!!!

The room is a bit old and the hygiene is average. It is convenient to check in because we booked in advance. The location is close to the main street and student apartments. The hotel has free parking at night. The hotel provides breakfast, but we didn't use it as we had an early flight, so no comment.

The food was good 👍🏻

The room and bathroom are large, with complete facilities such as hairdryer and electric kettle. The guest room has a large bed and a single bed. The windows can be opened. The air conditioning and wifi are good. The room is very comfortable. It is a 5-minute walk from the city center and a 15-minute walk from the train station. It is close to the East Garden.

The room is very clean, and the front desk staff is very enthusiastic. They greet people with smiles when communicating and answer questions patiently. The room is not very big, about 10 square meters. It is equipped with an electric kettle, rolling paper, coffee and sugar. wait. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay.

There are countless ticks inside. The room is damp and the facilities in the room are old.
