Room and Roof Southampton Serviced Apartments

My stay at R&R Southampton was the best I’ve experienced in all the time of visiting the area (which is usually every few months) The apartments are beautiful! Clean and comfortable.Bright and airy, superbly equipped and in a pretty location with close connections to the motorway. I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends who also visit the area as we have connections to a local charity and al come over at different times for events as well as visiting our friends who work hard running it.

Booked a stay in these apartments for a family trip to Peppa Pig World. Chose these mainly due to the proximity to PPW. Was pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment and it was modern and well finished. There was also a nice big Smart TV so we could watch some Netflix 😀 Collection of the key was a bit confusing at first as I was sent a text saying to call or text the owners with an ETA and to get details about key collection. However when I did, I didn’t get a reply - had to phone them and eventually found out that you get a text on the day with a code and collect from a key safe. This process could have been easier. Also the toilet seats in both toilets were damaged and slid about, and sadly the sofa bed in the living room was broken. I have reported these so hopefully these will be addressed. All in all a value for money stay and a good location for PPW, and a short drive into Southampton..
