Clean and comfortable.
Especially, receptionists are kind and helpful. My cruise luggage tags can be printed efficiently! Love and highly recommended this hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located with friendly staff who made us feel welcome and looked after. Only downside was the fact that the car parking is run by Horizon who I have had issues with in the past. A problem with the ticket m/c didn't help matters, but overall, a very pleasant stay.

I feel very well in this hotel, the service is very good from the staff, it is located very well for the job I have and if I had to mention people I could say that all the staff are very kind and that is important to find in any hotel thank you.☺️. Mr Dan and Mr Bal are a nice person if i have to mention names

Very reasonably priced, I booked this hotel back in December and paid £38 per night! It is definitely worth booking in advance where possible to get the best price. Very friendly staff, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a basic hotel to stay at. The only downside was having to pay for WiFi, however for an extra £3 per 24h it is very reasonable. The only feedback I would have is it would have been nice to made aware that my key card would deactivate for security purposes every time I left the building. Overall a great stay in a central location

Lovely clean, reasonably price room in a good location for West Quay and the cruise ship terminal. Staff helpful and friendly.
