Very close to the city center, Good locations to places around southampton
Restaurant staff were exceptional assisted with the birthday suprise made it memorable, food was great. Staff were all professional

Disappointed as the pool was empty at 7am and said would take 4 hours which is checkout time. I asked if i could extend to use the facilities and they said no. Disappointed with the overall experiance

The room is very big. I could put two big suitcases in it without feeling uncomfortable. The big sofa is super comfortable. My friend slept on the sofa on the first night. I slept on the big bed alone. She said the sofa was too comfortable 😁 It's very clean. The location is super good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the train station. There are small roads. I don't know how I took a big detour on the first day. The most comfortable hotel I stayed in in the UK

We went over the Easter holidays with our daughters and it was excellent, everything was very clean and pleasant, we were able to enjoy a lot with that children in the hotel pool, and the breakfast was excellent, lots of food options and everything was delicious. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Boy racers all evening
Gym not useable as very hot as connected to the swimming pool so no point having it
Swimming pool limited and tiny more of a splash pool
Very expensive for a very rough hotel with very basic facilities
Staff were nice but the area was very unsafe and not nice at all and a lot of people complaining with no options of refund.
I would not recommend or stay again and would like my money back

Very simple room. Bathroom was tiny. Shower vent had spots of what looked like mold. Beds were not very comfortable. Receptionist told me that housekeeping was going to open the sofa bed for us. They never went into the room and we had to do it ourselves. They put on an “Easter egg” hunt for Easter. It was an open conference room with laminated pictures. No decorations around. They had prizes for the kids. And they had a little fun but if you’re going to have an experience make it a little more than the 5 minutes it took to put that together. When we checked in it was extremely busy and only one receptionist moving back and forth between the counter and having to count and let people into the leisure area. Recommending having someone other than the receptionist do this during peek busy hours.
