Very good tourist hotel, cheap and good value, good breakfast, very nice front desk. But the room is very small.

Environment: The hotel is very close to west quay. The location is good. The public areas are also very personalized. It should be noted that there is no big table in the room to put things on.

The check in was fast and flawless. The room wasn't ready so reception offered to keep our bags safely while we wondered around the hotel waiting till it was ready. The location was perfect next to a large mall. The room was made up again on the second day of our stay. A welcome cocktail was a nice touch. Excellent location if you just came off or starting a cruise from Southampton.
