I have never felt more more unsafe and unclean than when I walked into the “room”. Absolutely filthy, broken mouldy chair, mouldy linens, broken shower door and someone else’s hair everywhere. I tried to call the number for the people in charge (because there is no front desk) and no one returned my calls. Police were waiting to raid the property when I left. Best part about this place? The central location when you need to vacate. Refusing to offer a refund because they claim they never heard from me - because they never answered their phone! Disgusting accomodation, worst accomodation experience of my life

We booked for a group of 10 friends in early May. After booking, we all tried numerous times to contact the establishment to confirm the reservation by phone or email. Despite numerous messages, we received no response, forcing us to make another reservation in a hurry two days before departure. This is unacceptable and should be avoided.
