Tissue in the toilet when I got there ,staff was very unprofessional during check in asking for late check-in fee even after I explained I called the place and the call went unanswered to tell I would be arriving late.

A lovely hotel with fantastic staff. We stayed for one night before a cruise and used cruise parking at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We ate dinner and it was delicious and great value. We found this was the ideal hotel to use before our holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Jamie and Rupe and all the staff at the Elizabeth Hotel made us feel welcome at a very difficult time. the hotel is clean and comfortable. It's in a lovely location next to a beautiful park.

Hotel was clean and tidy, some parts a little dated, other than that fine. Meals in the restaurant were very good. choice though was limited for a 5 day stay. I was concerned that it would be noisy being on the main road into Southampton but it really wasn't.

On arrival the foyer and corridors look a little tired but once inside the rooms there was no problem. We had 2 rooms a double and twin and both were immaculate and comfortable. We used the parking facility for our week long cruise and this was well organised and a great price. The real attraction of this hotel however is the staff. Ever single member of staff we dealt with from arriving to leaving was polite, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them, they are a credit to the establishment. Now that we are cruise lovers we will continue to use this hotel in the future and have already passed on the details to our local travel agent in East Yorkshire to recommend to others.

Absolutely cannot fault this hotel. We stayed a night and had bed and breakfast, and used their cruise parking for the week at a great price. The hotel organised a taxi to the port and then we simply got a taxi back afterwards and picked up our car. No fuss and easier than any alternative we have used before. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was spotless. Breakfast was generous and delicious with lots of choice. Lots of smiling happy faces from staff and guests and a chilled atmosphere. Thank you Elizabeth House, we will be back. Julie & Phil
