One of the best Premier inn,s I have stayed in. Excellent service from Sue, Jenna, Elle and Anthony. Lovely clean rooms well done to the housekeeping team. Will definitely stay here again. Location is fantastic. Breakfast and dinner amazing.

I was pleased with the new upgraded room provided. Quiet, comfy, great sleep. Fridge in the room was a bonus!

I stayed for one night in a quiet room overlooking the car park at the rear. . The room has recently been refurbished and a nice touch were the purple lights in the bathroom. It was spotless I work in travel as a tour manger so spend a lot of nights in hotels and for the price this was excellent Kristian in reception was very helpful during check-in and also whilst I had an evening meal good value for one night and would definitely stay again if going on a cruise to from Southampton. John Lewis and M&S are just across the road I didn’t have breakfast but the evening meal was fine ( gammon grill) and promptly served In the morning I walked to the the cruise check in so was v convenient.

I have never been to a Premier Inn in UK such extremely clean and comfortable, the toilet is extremely clean too and the water of shower is hot and strong enough.

Stayed here the night before a cruise and couldn't fault it. Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and a good selection of dishes for both breakfast and dinner. On returning from the cruise, we were able to leave our bags in the hotel for the whole day, until our evening flight. They only asked for a donation to a charity. Really a great service.

Having stayed in the Premier Inn airport hotel in Southampton the previous night as this one was full what a joy it was to stay here. Easy access to shopping centre and restaurants great staff and service and we ate in the restaurant with a meal deal. Linda could not have been more helpful and extremely good at her job in the restaurant and the food was good value for money and well cooked. Good drinkable wine and generally a great stay at a great price.

Excellent service. Christian was great. Located in a very central place shopping centre next door really helped for what we forgot. Very close to the docks and car park easily located behind. £6 for the night not £5 as advertised in premierinn website
