Restaurant was great. Fantastic food and Elle was a great server. Full of energy and really bubbly.. Always problems checking in through the business - Egencia. Needs sorting- travel to every other Premier Inn - never a problem. Just here. Room amazing. Staff great No complaints. Elle separates good from great customer service.

Very convenient for cruise terminals and shops! Room is what you would expect from a premium inn. Very clean and functional . Lovely staff warmly welcomed - Elle did a fantastic job of serving us a pleasant meal. Managed to get a deal which included evening meal and breakfast - fantastic value

Booked this hotel as a pre trip as staying here overnight in August before a cruise and wanted to find out rough location etc. It was clean comfortable and the staff were great. Location to cruise terminal and shopping centre were perfect..basically 10 min walk to either. Large multi storey car park next door £6 for 24 hours which is very reasonable. Glad we did this and looking forward to staying again in August.

I was allocated an accessible room for my stay. (Not actually needed) room was lovely and clean, the pink lights in the bathroom were a surprise. I can see how well it would be to someone who needed it. For me, however, I was disappointed in the bed. It just wasn't the usual quality. It felt like something put together. The bath was shallower than normal baths which I was disappointed in. Not massive things and it hasn't put me off staying. I would ask next time to have a non accessible room if possible.

Chose this hotel for its location next to the West Quay shopping centre to be able to collect an Amazon order from a locker before going on holiday. The hotel was clean and gave a warm welcome. The room was of a good standard for the money. Also spelt like a log in the bed which was very comfy. Would definitely recommend if you need a quick overnight stay

The breakfast experience compared to other Premier Inns was very poor! I arrived for breakfast at 10 am and there was poor breakfast selection - only 2 pieces of sausage left. I asked staff if any more breakfast would be coming, and he explained the chef "would make a few more pieces". £10.99 for 2 pieces of sausage and lukewarm apple juice - appalling!!!

Recently refurbished, very efficient and professional. Our standard room was more like a premier inn executive room elsewhere. Extremely quiet and comfortable, great shower, very nice breakfast, with lovely staff on breakfast duty. Really pleased we chose here and recommend.

Amazing service from everyone at this premierinn, the room was spotless and very fresh, 2 staff members in particular Jenna and sue are outstanding, friendly, caring and all around lovely, will deffo be staying here again next time in visiting

Stayed here before going on to the cruise terminal. Was a good decision as in a good place to then walk to the port. The food was really good and the room was clean and well maintained.
