Quality Inn Southaven - Memphis South

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. I had missed up my reservation and he straightened it out.

Checked in and room hadn’t been cleaned yet… unmade bed, dirty towels etc. Complained and was switched to a different room which reeked of cigarette smoke and had cigarette burns on the sheets. Sometime during the night it started getting hot and humid, realized the wall thermostat had suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t even turn on, so no AC. Very noisy with planes taking off at the airport and multiple people hanging around outside in the parking lot talking. All rooms have a door on the outside so more like a motel and no elevator to 2nd floor. Kinda sketchy area only stayed one night to be close to the airport but in hindsight should have stayed in Memphis or a different part of Southaven

My plans for future visits to the Memphis area will include Quilty Inn Southaven. Overall cleanliness was excellent including rooms, lobby area, and breakfast section. I will give the staff an A+.

It was a nice to see a clean room, the beds were clean. My family were very happy and had a comfortable stay!

The room was clean and staff were good. Basic amenities but good enough for what we wanted overnight.

The "free" breakfast was a joke. Everything was prepackaged except for the waffles and the staff was not refilling anything. The ice machine on the bottom floor was empty. When we returned to our room at the end of the day, it was not cleaned, no new towels, the trash was not emptied, the bed was not maid up. When I told the man at the front desk he said they send text to ask about room cleaning but we both check our text for that day and we did NOT get any such text. We will never stay at a Quality Inn again,

We booked a 3 queen bed room, never seen one before. Everyone had plenty of room. Very big room, bathroom wrapped around for days. Sink in the door, go down a hallway turn left to another door. This door opened up to a jacuzzi for 2!!!! Just blown away.

Nice breakfast. We got locked out of our room because the door code was changed while we were at breakfast. The room smelled.

Too many people hanging on the outside. Seems to be the over night stays for poor activities
