What we like is that it's just walking distance to Flinders Street station and easy to go around to nearby restaurants and close to IGA grocery store. The location is easily accessible. What we don't like is that bath mat and non slip mat for the shower area should have been provided in the first place because these are considered necessities for safety reasons.

We stayed as we were going to see the Taylor Swift concert.
The hotel had very thoughtfully left a few “gifts” which was very appreciated.
Having never stayed in Melbourne before we found it super easy to navigate ourselves around
