Not far from the city center, about twenty minutes walk. The hotel includes breakfast, which is very rich. The restaurant also has a fireplace, which gives it a cozy feel. It's just that the front desk of the hotel was very difficult to find. I walked back and forth to several places at first. Foreigners are relatively indifferent. They will say no when they go to the next door, and they will point randomly when giving directions. The hotel itself has a good environment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an integrated washing machine and dryer. There is also a kitchen. Cleaning should be done once a week. Don't ask for towels and don't change them.

From the moment we entered to us checking out, was an awesome experience. I had my client with me and it was our first time staying in the city and staff really looked after us, helped us navigate around and so close to everything. Will definitely be staying here again, and I can’t wait for my family to have the same experience.

I couldn't fault the hotel, the staff were great, the rooms modern, well adorned and comfortable. It suited me fine as I wanted to stay close to the river at Southbank, where there is lots to do and the restaurants and bars are aplenty. Its also less than te minutes walk along the river the the Convention Centre.

I booked a stay at WRAP on Southbank for my 4yo daughter and I for one night. Had several issues during our stay: • One of the lifts wasn’t working so it took ages to get up/down. • The only way to get to the parking levels is to go to reception and ask them to swipe you up – meaning if there are people waiting to check in/out, you have to wait until they’re all finished. • The bathroom was covered in pink and black mould. • TV in bedroom didn’t work at all. • When we got back to our room after dinner and I was putting my daughter in bed, the smoke alarm started randomly beeping. The room phone wasn’t working so I had to go down to reception (refer point 1) and they sent a maintenance person up who said they’d allocate us a new room. We packed everything up and moved to the new room which hadn’t been cleaned – wet towels on the floor, beds not made, beer cans all over the kitchen bench & balcony. We waited there for nearly an hour while they tried to figure out what to do as they had no other rooms available. In the end we were moved back to the original room where the smoke alarms had been dismantled meaning we were staying in a non-compliant room. • Although they gave me a 50% refund, it wasn’t worth the trouble and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
