Beeches is a lovely, comfortable boutique guest house. This was our 2nd visit and I would always choose to stay here when in Southend-on-Sea. Jo and Buzz are great hosts and so so accommodating - thanks.

.......well thats what it felt like on a stay to celebtrate a family birthday locally. From the lovely warm welcome from Jo,to the cosy immaculate and comfortable room ,the heathly tasty breakfast with such attentive friendly service . Thanks,a nice warm cuddle to commemorate our stay .

Spent a very comfortable night at the Beaches. The owners were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. The house felt warm and cosy, good bed, nice shower, decor and soft furnishings were beautiful. Balcony was an added bonus… Breakfast was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Good location, free parking on the road outside. We will be back! Thank you

Delighted that I got the opportunity to return to ‘The Beaches’ whilst visiting my daughter in Southend. Jo & Buzz go beyond what is expected in ensuring your stay with them is perfect. Wonderful hospitality, exceptionally clean and with beautiful breakfasts. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. I can highly recommend a stay here. Thank-you both.

This place is beautiful. Our twin room was lovely with a gorgeous bathroom and lovely toiletries.
There is a free car park behind he guest house which is great.
Lovely breakfast menu.
Staff could not have been more helpful.
Nice walk into Southend.
Will definitely go back.

Charming Bed and Breakfast on the shore in Southend-on Sea. Hosts Buzz and Jo were delightful and very helpful in finding us transportation in the area. The breakfast was delicious! Clean, comfortable room and bath. Can't wait to return for a longer stay!
