Staff were friendly and helpful upon check in. They texted to see if my room was up to par. Room and facility are clean. Like having a k-cup coffee maker in the room. Good variety of dining options nearby.

We have stayed here many times and the hotel is extremely clean and quiet the staff is awesome and Money treats everyone like family I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Southern Pines area. The complementary breakfast is always very good.

Staff was accomodating and friendly. Communal shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap is a little off putting.
Beds give way too much. No support at all.

The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything looks newly updated except for the TVs which is a little strange. The shower head was very high which made it difficult for me to adjust the water pressure.
The breakfast wasn't so good - the eggs and biscuits were overcooked. This was a bit of a disappointment since I usually really enjoy a Holiday Inn Express breakfast.

Had rooms for me and my mom and dad. Left on Saturday to go be with family, came in late only to find that the rooms had not been cleaned, trash had not been emptied, and towels had not been restocked.

Upon arrival, Shaniqua texted to assure that we were satisfied with our room. She was timely in bringing up a crib for our baby to sleep in. She was polite and friendly. The room was very clean and we were pleased with the amenities in the room. The hotel is quiet and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay!
