The facilities, sanitation, environment, services, etc. are all considered normal, but it's really surprising that I couldn't get a taxi when I left the hotel. After waiting for more than an hour, there was no call, and I almost collapsed.

Very friendly! The Indian Restaurant cuisine located at the property was fantastic and authentic!! Pet friendly and my retriever was content and happy with minimal barking from activity outside. Safe environment.

Inaccurate quoting of room costs by adding unadvertised surcharges. Hotel is dreary and needs updating. Loud noise outside rooms at night.check in staff rude. Breakfast bar was minimal. Some difficulty with WiFi.
