Right next to the waterfall, just a two-minute walk away! The restaurant is also very cozy, and you can see the waterfall from the room window

We stayed here one night as part of our 2 weeks Ring Rd trip. We like the location a lot. Within a few minutes of walking to Skogafoss. The room was clean and nice. However, the bathroom setup was strange. It was big but lacking shelves. The breakfast was decent. We also had dinner at the onsite restaurant. The food and service were good.

Not the best experience . Bit like staying in the Crossroads motel. Ended up in a room with bunks in the corner. Felt like a storeroom. Bathroom with no where to put anything down. Poor pillows. Just dreadful Restaurant like a motorway service area cafe Wouldn’t return

I didn’t stay at this hotel, I used the other EJ hotel just a few metres away, Skoja hotel. That hotel has no restaurant, so we came to skogafoss hotel for dinner. The restaurant was very modern and looked over the waterfall. The staff were friendly and the menu was good. I’m vegetarian and there were several options for vegetarians. I had pearl barley risotto, which was delicious. My son had chicken burger, which was also tasty. I’d definitely visit the restaurant again. Not sure I’d stay at the hotel as it was a lot more expensive than Skoga hotel.

Perfect for our family of 4. This was our favorite hotel that we stayed at on 2 occasions… lots of space in the room and bathroom. Conveniently located next to Skógafoss and included breakfast. Would definitely stay here again on future visits!
