Check in was great, friendly and helpful attendant. Room was just okay. We were close to the bar and the party went late....breakfast in the cafe was very good.

It's a moderately priced hotel for people on a budget and it's not far from the Springfield attractions.. The interior has a musty smell kind of like a bowling alley but I didn't mind that although some people might have a problem with that. I noticed they no longer have digital clocks in the rooms which is why I always bring my own.

Just an overnight stay for a church visit in Springfield. The hotel is an interesting place for a history buff like me, but the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. Personally, I'd rather stay in my tent. I
t would have been quieter. There was a loud party going on down the hall which didn't quiet down till 2 or 3 in the morning. So, I didn't get much sleep. Two or three hours at best. That being said, they have some nice relics on display.

A vacation without a destination!!!! My room is very clean. The staff has been some of the best accommodating I’ve ever had experienced at a hotel. There is some pretty cool things to look at around the hotel. Seems to be fairly quiet. I havnt ventured out very far just yet to see what restaurants are close. There’s a nice grassy area across the street. (Just pick up after your pup). I’d stay again. They are very pet friendly.

It wasn't the Ritz Carlton but the staff made it worth it to stay there they were all very friendly and helpful with anything that I wanted or needed.
