Room was dirty, had to ask for linens for the pull out couch. The pool is murky can’t see bottom the filter was not latched to the drain which puts kids at risk threat why there is the Chelsea law. The chemicals were so high all of us ended up getting a rash

It was very noisy during our stay. Very loud banging noises from the floor above all during the night. Inconveniently, a construction crew had to make repairs in my room during my remote work hours. The pool was unavailable for a couple of days. The conference room was unavailable. Nice staff, but was disturbed twice despite our "do not disturb" sign on the door.

My card was double charged and the hotel was not interested in helping I had to report fraud and cancel my card when clearly the hostess charged me twice and I told him at time of checking in he assured me i wasn’t charged twice!!! And I was

The hotel was in a convenient location. Front desk associates were very helpful. What I didn't like was parents had no control over there kids. Running back and forth to the pool/excersize room without any supervision. Too many kids in the hot tub, no room for adults.

Room was not clean for the 2 days stay , towel and bed was not even made , no room service at all
