Meriton Suites Southport

This is the most satisfying hotel apartment I have stayed in during this trip to Australia. The room is very large, and the view from the 36th floor is wide, with a view of the sea and half of the Gold Coast skyline. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, coffee machines, electric kettles, and most importantly, there is a large supermarket next to the hotel, where you can buy Chinese food ingredients and cook your own meals. It's a pity that my trip to the Gold Coast is only three days and two nights. Next time I bring my family here, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Facilities: Gas stove, oven, washing machine, dryer, tableware, etc. are all available, basically no need to buy anything else Hygiene: Relatively clean and tidy Environment: There is a very small park at the entrance of the lobby, you can sit on the bench and relax in the morning. It is very convenient to walk to the light rail station in three minutes. Service: Nothing else to say, but I didn't know that there should be no garbage left in the room when checking out, and I was charged $50 for cleaning😓

For continuous stay orders, simple cleaning services are generally provided every three days. The front desk is 24 hours a day. To add consumables, you can call the front desk. This time I met a Chinese-speaking beauty at the front desk. She was very friendly. Like her 👍 There is an additional handling fee for paying bills by credit card. See Figure 3 for details.

The 55-storey Meriton Suites Southport is a landmark building in Southport on the Gold Coast. It has an excellent location, complete kitchen facilities, the light rail is just outside, and there is a WWS supermarket, bottle shop and a variety of other facilities downstairs. A stylish restaurant, close to Chinatown and Surfers Paradise, which can be reached on foot in half an hour. The sea view room has an unparalleled view, facing Sea World, Versace Hotel (now renamed The Imperial Hotel) and Sheraton Resort Hotel across the yacht pier. This time I stayed in the two-bedroom Unit 07 on the 51st floor, with unobstructed views of the sea, city skyline and inland scenery. Watching the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening was extremely shocking!

There is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. It is cleaned every three days. You can ask the front desk for more garbage bags. There is a place to throw garbage on every floor. There are all pots and pans available, and there is a washing machine and dryer. You can cook and wash clothes by yourself, which is very convenient. The cleaning was also very good. Overall very good.

Don’t choose, don’t choose! One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in! The price is not cheap. Convenient transportation and nice scenery outside the window are the only two things that can be praised. The facilities are in an apartment configuration and are relatively complete, including a refrigerator, oven, washing machine and dryer, but they are not very clean. There are cutlery. The sanitary conditions are extremely poor. There is no garbage, but there is dust everywhere. There was a super big one in the room, a small one died on the bed, and the flies refused to fly away. Cleaning is only done once after three days of stay. During this period, you must call if you want to change towels and other items. Bedding and trash cans will not be cleaned unless there is an accident. The pillowcase had black spots, suspected of being moldy. The service was even worse. I asked to replace the trash can used to kill the bugs in the middle of the night. After waiting for half an hour, it didn't come back, so I went to bed. In the morning, I found the trash can in the living room and the door lock was unlocked. In other words, I entered without permission in the middle of the night. The front desk also said this is normal procedure! It's okay to ask for a room change, but hygiene cannot be guaranteed. Listen to this attitude.

房間很大。環境很好。面朝大海，看海看日出。下次還會選擇入住。

風景很好，離海洋世界很近，交通非常便利，找路毫不費力。
