The staff at the property was extremely responsive and ready to assistance in any way. We have an electric car and since arriving to the hotel from out of town, needed to charge our vehicle. The availability of charging in the garage made our visit exceptional!

Room were very comfortable in size and amenities. Staff was over the top attentive. Would definitely stay again (we came back this time because of our prior experiences).
Bar staff was awesome Sat. night and the managers at the front desk were extremely professional, helpful and genuine.

We traveled to Southport for a family celebration. We arrived quite early and our room was not available. However Daniel expedited the cleaning process and the room was offered within an hour of our arrival. The room itself was lovely and included a working fireplace that we enjoyed later that evening. The hotel is spotless and staff are professional and friendly.

Loved it for the night. Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast. Only caveat was that we were facing the freeway. I’d put up giant greenery wall or something so guests don’t have to see freeway.. but other than that, top notch experience!

I stay at The Delamar for business and often travel alone. This is a welcoming property with beautiful rooms and the amenities I’m looking for. Small lobby. Restaurant with delicious breakfast buffet. Nice dining patio. Covered underground parking garage wasn’t crowded and I was able to find a spot right near the door to the lobby. Had a large king room with very comfy bed, TV, dining table with 2 chairs, desk with chair and kitchenette with Nespresso machine, fridge, honor bar, huge closet, roomy bathroom and gas fireplace.

We reserved a block of rooms for a family event at The Delamar Southport in early March and all of our guests LOVED it. We took over almost 30 rooms and every one of our guests raved about the rooms, the staff, the service, the delicious complementary breakfasts as well as the amazing location. Overall the biggest praise was just how exceptionally friendly everyone at the hotel was. The fact that the hotel was top tier and everyone felt so welcome and at ease was another great detail that rounded out an absolutely amazing weekend.

The Delamar Souhport is the best overall hotel in Connectcut. I stay here every chance I get. For the room , thr property, the breakfast, but especially the staff. Couldn't have a more welcoming environment.

Great hotel with exceptional services. It's my husband and my first time at the hotel, and we were so impressed with the hotel's staff and amenities. I especially loved the couple spa we had and the restaurant is top-notch. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and very professional. I highly recommended!
