Travelodge Southport

Good location, basic room. 30 mins free WiFi then £3 afterwards wasn't great. Front of house could do with a bit of customer service training (only the one who first saw us). Key card wouldn't work properly in the door leading to the corridor. Main light in the room not working.

Very clean and central to all amenities, no one on recepyuntil 3 pm so I had to carry my suitcase around with me for 2 hours , that’s my only complaint as I thought would be able to drop my case off. Would definitely stay again , it’s very near friends I was visiting for the 2 days .

Clean rooms , good location, only problem is the mobile phone signal is not very good unless you stay on the fifth floor.

I was so happy with are family stay ans thr staff was absolutely amazing my child left there forever baby comforter ans she was heart broken but they have gone over and above ans said they will tost it to us as we live 1 hour and a hour away and we don't drive so tha kyou so much to the lovely gentleman thst had done this for us I would recommend it to anyone if they have a family and want a little break lovely place been here twice in 3 week as thr first time was so good ans lots to do around for the kids and if you was just coming as a couple thr nightlife looks great too

Great location on Lord Street. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the first room we were allocated was not clean....the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Second room was much improved but very tired. Soundproofing needs upgrading. Main complaint is that the parking advice on the website is incorrect so please read all signs before leaving your car.We were caught out on the Saturday morning checkout as the website states you can park till 11am!! Not the standard we expect from the Travelodge brand.

We got a great deal for 2 nights. Room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Extra pillows available in room too. The staff were also very polite and helpful giving us directions. Overall very happy, it’s located in a great spot in a Southport and everything is close by.

Short enjoyable stay, we booked a family room for 2 nights over the weekend with no issues. We were welcomed by friendly staff and check is was quick and easy. We were allocated a room on the 5th floor and it was quiet. The room was clean and we were happy with everything. Location is great too eveything was a short walk.

I really enjoyed My stay at the Travelodge.The welcome was great and the room was nice and clean.The staff were exceptionally great because I was so fatigued that they went of their way to find me a family room with a bath which was so appreciated. The t.v. programs were great and the maids were polite and helpful also the curtesy tea at front desk was really appreciated. Suzanne Rhys and Lewis were amazing. Please thank them on my Behalf.

Great hotel with friendly staff. We have stayed here a number of times and always had an enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean and modern and the location of the hotel is very good which is one off the main reasons we keep booking here. The hotel is basic but the prices are good. It serves the purpose of what we need and it’s clean and comfortable.
