We booked a meal for 17 people, all members of our family, to celebrate a special birthday. The food was excellent and well served. The staff who looked after us, Chloe, Tom and Carla, were terrific, nothing was too much trouble. All this contributed to an unforgettable evening. The only reason we left when we did, was to catch the last train home!! We would have no hesitation in recommending the Bold Hotel to our friends.

Extraordinary environment and service. The staff is very friendly and highly professional (Cila, Tome and Kelsie). I had a small problem with the shower which was handled with great diligence and promptness by Cila! Clean and confortable rooms! Very pleasant stay! Filipe

Comfort in line with the hotels ranking, clean and tidy. The staff is extremely nice, going out of their way to be helpful, always greeting you with a genuine smile. We were a large golfing group (25) and that is not always easy to manage. Yet the staff was always flexible and accommodating. Big thumbs up to Cila, Tomé, Kelsie, Szavina, Tom, Jordan, Ellie and Clara. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location. But what makes it truly special is the incredible staff that were a huge asset to our stay - not easy for a golf trip with 24 rowdy lads! Everyone made us feel welcome and went out of their way to help whenever needed. A special thank you to Cila, João Tomé, Kelsie, Szavina, Tom, Jordan, Ellie and Carla.

Excelente hotel, muito bem localizado e com quartos cómodos. O Staff é excelente. Profissionais e muito simpáticos e atentos a todos os pormenores. Destaco a Cila e o João Tomé que não deixava faltar nada no pequeno almoço. Recomendo vivamente.

Excelente estadia e serviço recebido por toda a equipa do The Bold Hotel. Éramos 24 amigos numa viagem de golf, e a sensação que ficamos era que estávamos em “casa”. Uma agradável surpresa! Hotel muito acolhedor, com um serviço de excelência e atencioso. Quartos grandes e muito limpos. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e variado. O staff sempre muito atencioso, com o Tomé e a Carla sempre prontos para ajudar em qualquer situação.
