Beautiful location and fantastic rooms. Very clean and well kept. Loved it. The breakfast was amazing. Staff all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be going again, and will stay longer this time.

I had to find accommodation at the last minute as our original booking elsewhere was cancelled on us two days before travel! I had the pleasure of dealing with Ellie from the first phone call, and she was amazing! She was so professional and beyond helpful as she assisted with organising a taxi for us (again, the original one was cancelled as a different area). She also explained the area, gave us a map, and showed us where we were. I have a lactose intolerance, and she specifically bought lactose free milk (can't do soya in tea!!) The room itself was beautiful, so spacious, and a really comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean! There was a fan in the room, which was perfect for cooling down the room. The Garden Room Restaurant that is part of the hotel was fantastic, with great food, staff, and a**osphere. Great menu that caters for all and a good choice for breakfast and evening meal, if you don't want to venture out too far. All in all, would 100% stay again.

Couple on a long weekend. Rather good mid-range hotel / B&B. Friendly welcome. Lovely room on second floor. Nicely decorated, comfy, warm clean - all very nice. Couple of requests to housekeeping promptly dealt with. Parking on quiet street not far away. Location is great - five minutes from the attractive seafront. If by any chance you’re a Park Runner - the Southsea run starts just round the corner and is a glorious thrash along the esplanade. Breakfast - can’t avoid noting the really poor eggs, and the dire coffee. Everything else fine. You can pay extra to upgrade your coffee, which is a bit odd in 2022 I would say - why not just up the price, nobody wants 1970s coffee anymore.
