Very nice place to stay, clean and quiet. The location is good, few mins walk to the beach and pubs.

This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel where I have met neither other residents, nor staff. You are provided with key codes for the front door and your room. The accommodation reminded me or my student days. A bed, a second-hand desk and some shelves, with a communal kitchen area. But the bed was comfortable and I slept like a log. I arrived late and was up for an early meeting the next day, so this was all I needed. The price was very reasonable, so I consider this decent value.

Very good in the centre of Southsea, lots of places to eat, short walk to the seafront.

Superb location. Parkings abit tricky but i got lucky on the street right outside. The place is immaculate new furnished. I will defo stay again when in pompey.

My friend and I stayed here for the night last weekend and will definitely be returning! The location is great. It’s 10 minutes walk from the arcades and even closer to shops, pubs and restaurants. The house is very clean and quiet. We really liked that we could use the fridge to store food and drinks. Our room was clean and spacious and had access to a small garden. The bed was super comfy, we didn’t want to get out of it. The parking permit was very handy and saved us some money. Will definitely recommend to others and already looking forward to coming back in the next few weeks.

A non hosted property but very clean, comfy and convenient. I didn't see another guest for my stay, so also quiet.

Excellent value for money and great location. Parking can be difficult although resident permits available if you can find a space. Bathroom radiator was on all night and not sure how to turn off.
