Boundless Bliss Hotel

The Bountless PISS is a better name. The person we spoke with was Suzy. We called on Fri 2.23 the day before our arrival to confirm we had a room. Sue agreed she had our confirmation. When arrived via $40 cab she told us she didn't hv a room. She said she'd issue refund and we could secure a room in town. While waiting in small yard for a cab to pick us up, another customer from Boston arrived. He had also booked on line, but Sue said she could not honor the price, but would refund or he could pay over $100 more. He had rental car and agreed to increase. Cab still had not arrived. Four college guys arrived and received their less than "remodeled" room. They had booked a room with ocean view but Sue only had a view of weeds. They paid over $2300 for a week. Doubt they stayed if they could earn a refund. When our cab, $40 for 4 miles delivered us to the Westward Pasage, we shared our plight with the manager. She said a couple from Europe had the same experience with the Boundless PISS two weeks ago. Beware and stay clear of Suzy and this run down property that is lacking in honesty and morals

Beware this is a one star hotel, but not-even. After checking in, following our arrival from the airport, the hotel staff all disappeared immediately and there was still no one there 8 o’clock the next morning. This is not a 24 hour front desk as it says on the website. The hotel (if that’s what you call it) is in an unacceptably terrible state of repair. Our room did not have any running water in the morning so we could not use the toilet or have a shower, however, there weren’t any towels anyway. There was also no way to have any food or hot drinks because there was no toaster, microwave, kettle nor any cutlery although there were a couple of mismatched plates. There was a gas stove which was not plumbed in. To be honest, the family felt uncomfortable even getting under the covers, because the cleanliness was highly questionable, and in the morning, when we could see the floor realised how dirty it was. The accommodation was so poor that we forfeited the extra night and went and stayed somewhere else. It’s not a quaint little hotel that it tries to present itself as, it’s a rundown hovel that is no better than a tent and a long way from anything interesting if you don’t have a car. Avoid avoid avoid.

Quaint accommodations in Charlotte Amalia at the top of the hill overlooking the capital. This hotel is great for guests looking for budget accommodations in a convenient location near restaurants, nightlife, shopping and cruise port. The rooms are standard rooms with a small kitchenette and fridge. Great for longer stays on the island to set up as a home base.

Loved the hotel the only thing is once you where downtown you had to get everything you needed because I’m the hotel is on a hill with un safe walking conditions limited transportation they need to make a safe walk way down the hill into the town

The only nice thing was the view from this hotel like this picture. This hotel is like half-finished renovation and not really ready to serve! It's too far from anythiing and transportation is very inconvenient.

It was my pleasure to stay at the Boundless Bliss Hotel. I arrived to a freshly cleaned, spacious room in a welcoming Hotel with a spectacular view of the harbor below the mountain. The room was more than adequate and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. It was the most sleep that I got in a very long time. The spotless bathroom and the shower were pleasant to use. The hot water was a delight. You just have to wait a few seconds for it to get to you. I didn't use the kitchen much but all the necessities were there. The area is extremely safe and a short walk to the street where public transportation is available. The neighborhood is very quiet and it is close to the city center by Safari taxi. By car you can get to the waterfront and some amazing restaurants in minutes. The host was kind, responsive and helpful throughout my stay, providing me with all amenities for my stay, as well as a welcoming tour. Overall, a great experience at a great price! ‘I’ll be back.’

I like the fact that it had rooms available for the time I wanted. Didnt like there were no warm/hot water coming from the shower. Indoor and outdoor of property need a face lift. Property has a lot of potential.

Property has tremendous potential. Focus on ensuring there is toilet paper. Previous guest items have been removed, room odorized, It’s so cute just needs a little TLC.

This was a beautiful hotel with an amazing view over looking the city. The hotel owner (Suzie) went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! She was professional, courteous, and competent! We definitely want to come back here in the future!
