Bilik yang luas dan selesa. Saya tempah bilik yang ada 1 katil double dan 2 single bed. Katil double boleh tidur 4 atau 5 orang sebab besar.
Ada bathtub. Bilik air selesa. Mandian dan syampu disediakan dan wangi. Ada juga berus gigi, ubat gigi, lotion badan.
Air mineral disediakan. Ada kopi, teh, creamer, white sugar dan brown sugar. Cerek elektrik disediakan.
Ada meja dan kerusi di balkoni.
TV ada siaran.
Kolam mandi selesa. Ada untuk baby, kanak-kanak dan orang dewasa. Water park walaupun agak kecil masih berpuashati. Kids playland pun seronok dan selamat.
Lobi besar. Penapis air disediakan. So, mudah untuk top up air. Kedai runcit pun ada kat dalam hotel.

I stayed in this hotel during my stay in Penang. The hotel is connected to the beach, so it's very convenient to go to the beach. The hotel staff is very nice, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the swimming pool has various depths, the deepest is 4 meters. It's also very convenient to take a Grab taxi! The location of this hotel is very suitable for vacation here!

Overall experience was good. Just a bit frustrated for not having a chance to experience kids playland. Just got to know that kids need to wear stocking. Or else need to purchase a pair of stocking at rm10.
Should have informed in the website that stockins for kids playland is compulsory, so that we can prepare for it beforehand. Thanks.

Located in batu ferringi next to hard rock hotel, price was valuable to money as it offers well balanced accommodation, spacious room, good tv channel, bathroom with bathtub, friendly crew, simple classic theme lobby. There was 3 main pool area, baby pool, waterplayland, and huge swimming pool with different depth, suitable for expert swimmer. Kids would love water playland as it includes 2 slides. As for surrounding, large parking space, and there were a lot restaurant near the hotel. For breakfast buffet the price might felt a bit pricey but the food served was very good. All the main dishes was flavourful and definitely worth the money. There also convenience store and kids playroom here. Really had an enjoyable stay here.
