Lovely hotel in a very rural setting a few miles from Capalbio. Essential to have a car. Interesting area, a little bit off the main tourist route I would say. Our room was lovely, very spacious with a fabulous bathroom and balcony , am pleased we booked the de-luxe. Very helpful staff, particularly the concierge who helped us with bookings and visit suggestions. We sadly didn't have great weather, so didn't get to use the pool which looks beautiful. The weather also meant that the breakfast and bar areas were quite chilly (despite some heaters) so not conducive to lounging around. Breakfasts were excellent with a great range of food. Restaurant was good, fairly pricey but delicious food.

This was the one of the best stays my friend and I had in Italy. I would absolutely come back. The property is gorgeous. The location is great too, with the island ferry to Giglio just down the road. The hilltop village of Capalbio within 10 minutes ( one of the prettiest and uncrowded ones) and many wineries in the area…. I really didn’t want to leave…. Thank you to the staff for such a relaxing stay….. 😊😊😊

Ottimo resort vicino al Castello di Capalbio immerso nella natura. Ho soggiornato in una bella stanza pulita e moderna . lo staff e' gentile sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze dei suoi ospiti.

3 giorni meravigliosi, struttura, camera, piscina, prima colazione, cena, spa e la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale indimenticabili. Soggiorno apprezzatissimo anche dal nostro figlio peloso. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

La Locanda Rossa ha superato le aspettative sia mie che di Tito, offrendo un contesto ideale e di grande riservatezza sia per grandi che per i piu' piccini. Dieci e lode. Veramente ottimo! Splendida location nella rigogliosa campagna di Capalbio. Offre tutto ciò che occorre per una vacanza in totale relax e riservatezza. Camere ottimamente arredate. Pulizia accurata. Ristorante molto buono con piatti tipici ma anche rielaborati con materi prime di ottima qualità. Colazione servita nel patio con tante buone cose. Location vicina a tanti luoghi da visitare tra cui spiagge immerse nelle pinete della maremma. Personale educato sorridente e gentile. Peccato andar via, tornerei subito.

Very thoughtfully designed hotel. Perfect for families and couples, there’s a pool for each. Interconnecting rooms for families. Food is really impressive and consistent. Best breakfast ever! No corners cut. Freshly baked tarts and plentiful ripe fruit. Yoga was also of a high standard. Concierge really efficient. Great location near a couple of beautiful beach clubs and a charming town called Capalbio
