KKiwizLocation was outstanding - practically right smack in the middle of everything, from hotpots to karaokes, nightclubs / bars to Sutera Mall. Only issue we had was the lack of shampoo / shower gel, and the towels provided were not as clean as we expected. Soap dispenser was spoilt with no soap, so do bring your own! Otherwise, the rooms were the same as the photos you see.

DDpcafeThis is a nice apartment hotel with no room service nor lobby, suitable for families especially with kids. The place is clean when we checked in, and the diy checkin is quite intuitive wth good instructions. For its price during non-peak, there’s little to complain.
When it comes to peak though, prices soars, and the number of guests creates a jam at the lift access to the 39 floor apartment rooms. During our stay, one lift was down and with only 3/4 lifts, the waiting time during checkin and checkout is very very long. Hot water the shower is centralised and not reliable at all.
Due to its proximity to KSL Mall, size of the room, and its good price during non-peak, its a recommend, but don’t expect perfection here.

The location of the apartment building is good, within walking distance to CIQ, city square mall and other shopping areas.
The 2 bedroom apartment we booked was clean and neat. The unit smells good too.
The only complaint we had was the aircon in the living room being too weak, too old and not cooling. As the windows and balcony sliding doors were huge with great views of the custom check point, the sunlight and heat coming into the unit was unbearable, the aircon does not provide any comfort at all.
Luckily the aircon in the bedrooms were working properly.
The bathrooms were clean and comfortable to use.
The lift is clean and not crowded at all, so going in and out was a breeze.

SSufriZahudiWow, this hotel was fantastic! The view from my room was incredible, especially from the balcony. I spent hours just staring at the gorgeous golf field; it was so relaxing. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, honestly. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance!

PpompompuddingI always booked here and it never disappoints me. Easy checking in and easy checking out. Food is not bad, its just not much choices but still fine for me. And the lifts are quiet fast which is good if you are rushing. Amenities are basic. All in all good!

IIandao NgFirst time staying at the hotel. Lobby has no aircon and feels stuffy and warm when we arrived in the afternoon at about 3pm. The carpark has a damp smell too.
Room is relatively clean and slightly big (at least not those super cramp type of rooms). No central aircon in the room but a standalone aircon which took a while to cool down the room (I set at 16 degrees full speed) when we first entered.
Noisy place where you can hear noisy motorbikes revving their engine as they rode along in the middle of the night. TV channels were limited though don't understand how come half the channels have no images at all.
One strange thing that I encountered for my first time while staying in a hotel. It was past 1am when I was woken up by some guests who came back late and could hear them talking along the corridor. Fine..no big deal. Then...when one of the guests took the shower, you can hear a loud wooooooong sound continously throughout the shower. It was like you turn on your tap and there is a hollow pipe noise that will sound continuously till you turn off the tap. That was the sound. It was loud and it lasted about 5 mins. Guess that was the time it took for that hotel guest to take his or her shower. It was freaking loud 😭.
Breakfast was simple and quite ok for the price. Nothing to shout about.

AAnonymous UserThe environment is very humid, causing the room to have a peculiar smell. The toilet door cannot be closed and there is no place to hang clothes in the toilet and there is no soap too.
Anyway, their customer service is quite polite.

TThiam WoonCleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby...
Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam.
Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall.
If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.
