CCecilia ChengWe had the most magical stay at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An, truly deserving of every one of its 5 stars! Very closed to the town.
The facilities are outstanding: two beautiful outdoor pools (one rooftop!), a fantastic spa, and spacious, spotless rooms with every comfort you could wish for. Everything swas impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully designed.
Breakfast was a highlight every morning and so much variety that we looked forward to it each day. The quality and presentation were top-notch, perfectly starting our days exploring Hoi An.
What made our stay truly special was the birthday celebration. The staff went above and beyond with thoughtful decorations in my room — towel cake, beautiful arrangements and sweet touches that made the day feel extra memorable and heartwarming. It was such a lovely surprise and showed how much care they put into making guests feel celebrated.
The entire team was incredibly friendly, especially Ame and Luna, attentive, and professional. If you're looking for luxury, relaxation, and a touch of magic in Hoi An, Grand Sunrise Palace is the place!

GGuest UserThe room Ctrip assigned us wasn't great; the window faced a wall. The hotel room was small, with a bed around 2 meters, but because we had a child over 12, we were asked to pay for an extra bed and breakfast. Luckily, Ctrip helped cover these costs. After the extra bed was added, the room felt cramped, and there was no desk or chair for using a laptop, which my husband found very inconvenient. The breakfast quality was also quite mediocre. The worst part was the service; the reception staff at the restaurant had a harsh tone and showed no expression, and no one offered to take our coffee order after we were seated. When we checked out, there was no bellboy to help with our luggage.

GGuest UserGreat location, just a few minutes' walk to the Old Town. The room had a small balcony, perfect for enjoying a baguette – very pleasant. The room itself was quite spacious.
The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was decent (the ribs and salad were good, though unfortunately, the menu changed on the second day 🤣).
The only downside was the soundproofing; I could even hear the person next door patting on their skincare products.

GGuest UserThis hotel is right next to a five-star one, but the front desk is really where it falls short! We booked a triple room a month in advance for three people, but on the day we arrived, they told us there were no rooms available and put us in separate rooms. The hotel has no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The front desk staff also had a strange attitude. They arbitrarily held onto our passports without telling us or returning them proactively. We only found out ourselves and had to ask for them, and they just said they forgot to give them back to us, casually leaving our passports at the front desk. This is truly bizarre; I've never encountered anything like it! The room itself was okay and spacious, but it was quite dusty. I really hope the front desk gets more training so this kind of thing doesn't happen again.

GGuest UserThe place is nice! You can swim, and there's a shuttle to the old town, plus bikes available which are super convenient. It only takes about 10 minutes to cycle to the old town. Breakfast was good too, though the bread was a bit hard for our liking.

BBa Nàng Công ChúaI stayed one night at Delicacy Hotel in Hoi An. It is a lovely hotel - located about 1 km from the Old Town center. The staff provided excellent service. As soon as we checked in, they welcomed us with a beautifully presented and refreshing drink, which was perfect in the hot weather in Vietnam. The room was not very spacious but comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was not very diverse, but you could enjoy unlimited delicious fresh fruit juices. If I have the chance, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel - is clean and has a lovely entrance with fountains and a nice space to sit and have a drink in the reception area (they have a happy hour daily).
Location - just outside of old town but on a quiet road. We enjoyed the walks home along the river and walked or biked into town every day often several times a day. We stopped along route discovering great restaurants and spots for a cold drink.
Rooms - we enjoyed the layout. Lots of space and we appreciated having adjoining rooms (one for parents and one for kids). The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the AC cooled the room quickly.
Amenities - We took full advantage of everything the hotel offered. We borrowed bikes on several occasions to ride into town, borrowed umbrellas during a rainstorm and used the pool (great temperature and view), gym (small space but solid equipment) and spa. The massages were excellent and we were given a 2 for 1 voucher which encouraged us to use the spa at the hotel rather than one in town.
Service - the hotel staff was incredibly kind and friendly. They were so helpful whenever we had a request. Ex. We had some important work documents we needed printed.
We will be requesting to friends and family who visit Hoi An and will absolutely choose Little Gem if we make it to Hoi An again!

WWillGLewisA little bit of a walk from the main streets but this also made the rooms nice and quite, staff were great and offered laundry service, grabs are available to take us to where we wanted and the pool was nice and clean!

GGerrit BuurmanGreat boutique hotel, good breakfast buffet, reasonable beer prices, beautiful pool. But the minus is, that the pool attract loads of noisy children from Southkorea and Vietnam. A lot of them don t even follow the rules and are in the pool from 6am. Had a few minor issues but they were solved immediately by the superfriendly hotel staff. Been here a few times before and will return, if the price is right and no school holidays. Also great rooms.

처음 방에 들어선순간 지하실에서 나는 쿵쿵한 곰팡이냄세가 진동했다. 건물전체에서 이런 냄새가 나는데 구조적 문제같다. 벽사진을 보면 왜그런지 짐작할수있다. 이호텔의 유일한 단점은 바로 이것이다. 다른점은 시내에서 멀다는것인데 오토바이를 렌트하면 해결된다. 시내에서 대략 10분거리.
