Clean, but absolutely the worst bed I've ever slept on at a hotel. Extremely firm.

Check in was fast. Front desk agent knowledgeable and courteous. I stay with roommates and needed a couple of days of me time, wish cooking utensils were available for me to make myself a meal.

The check in is at 3pm which is so late and inconvenient for a guest yet the check out is 11am.

Nothing like the pictures. Our neighbors were noisy.
No coffee or tea as mentioned in the ad.
Got ripped off $94.31.
Did not receive my mail which was a $250 check from an apartment from Washington State that the apartment says was delivered.
