I enjoyed the hotel, the location was good, service was friendly and there are shops within 10 minutes of walking.
The shuttle to the airport was available early in the morning.
Room is cozy too, great temperature in the winter.

A small hotel, not very convenient around. The hotel service is good. The scenery outside the window is beautiful and quiet.

It's quite clean. It takes too long to refund the hotel deposit. It takes a month. I didn't have parking but I was charged a parking fee of 14 US dollars.

Aloft is one of my favorite hotels! Staff is super nice and the rooms are cute! Always clean. I look for these wherever I travel to!

Located directly across the street from the Reno airport - perfect when your flight leaves at 5:40 am the next day!

The hotel did not meet our needs because the window looks right into the parking lot. Passersby look right into your room. This is not a great neighborhood either. If you do stay here be sure to get an upper floor for
privacy if you want to open the blinds.
