We expected more for the price as we stayed at cheaper hotels and got more there.
The fridge was so loud, we had to switch it off at night.
During our 3-day stay, the reception said, that our room gets cleaned on the 2nd day. We only got fresh towels, but the room didn’t get refreshed.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better (hair in the bathroom, on the bedside tables, stains on the couch).
The shower gel and shampoo is more for men, not citrusy as it says on the bottle.
None of the power outlets at the bed worked.
The carpet in the hallway makes you feel dizzy.

Really didn't like it. Room style seemed European modern, which to me is very sterile in a non-welcoming way. Parking was easy. Check in lady really did not care about much. The room has a pretty good view of the neighborhood, though you definitely can hear both the train outside as well as the people walking in the room above you. The couch was particularly bad construction, as there was a firm metal bar under where you sit, so definitely not comfortable. The restaurant on the top floor wants nothing to do with the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was perhaps the worst offering of a Marriott property I've seen in years. The only bread was half a loaf that you cut yourself. No muffins or bagels. No hot food out at all! You can ask for some eggs, which in our case were watery scrambled version in a bowl. Just so bizarre. It makes a Fairfield Inn breakfast look like the Ritz. Most definitely would never stay here again.

What we liked is above.
What we didn't like was no fan in the bathroom. The room was a touch sterile feeling. The bath towels were terrible!
The breakfast buffet was very expensive for what it was.

I arrived at night after a car accident. This is not a planned stay and i don't know the area at all.
This hotel staff was very nice at the check-in, and the room was very sleek and nice.

For a luxury hotel, the lobby lives up to that however the room was less than pleasing. The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew/mold in the shower and then of course I started to look more closely at the entire room (do not recommend doing that). The iron had burned plastic on it and I needed to spend time cleaning it before I could use it. The extra door lock did not work. The counter in the bathroom had a layer of something on it that felt like dust. Housekeeping was only every other day and when they did come, they didn't replace the glass glasses that had been used, nor did they change the sheets. The towels reminded me of Motel 6 quality towels and the shower doors did not stay while showering which led to the bathroom floor getting flooded every time. It was adequate for my stay but in my opinion, not worth the price. I expected higher quality beyond the lobby.
