The staff at this hotel were incredible from the ones who checked us in to the cleaning staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Very clean hotel. Extra things included. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast I have had.
They go the extra mile. I highly recommend.

Old, and in desperate need of renovations. Mattresses were lumpy, room musty smelling and your feet stuck to the carpet. Hampton Inn is not what they use to be

The hotel was right off of I-85. There was an Arby's, Raceway gas station, and a QT gas station within walking distance from the hotel. There were a few other restaurants in walking distance to the hotel as well. The hotel looks a little outdated, but it smelled good and all staff were friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast lady kept the hot bar filled and cleaned!!! I liked the variety of pillows which ranged from soft to firm. The bed was quite hard and that is why I gave a 3 for comfort.

Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly and breakfast was good. The hotel is a little bit older and staff advised of a future remodel. Bed was not so comfortable, but everyone compares it to theirs anyways. Ares appears safe and everything you could want is 10 minutes away (shopping, restaurants, Wofford College). There are a few restaurants in the immediate area as well with (2) gas stations next door. The whole hotel did not smell like **** either, which is unusual nowadays.. We will be staying there again..
