We reserved this hotel because it had an indoor pool as stated. When we were going to the room, we saw that the pool was not even open. It did not state at the website that the pool was closed. NOT COOL. We do know that things might change because of the pandemic but that means the hotel should have updated that information in the website.
Also, the television did not work at all. It would turn off after 5 minutes of watching. It became so annoying. With no swimming for my children and then no tv, that s horrible.

We flew the family in over Easter weekend to visit my parents and stayed at this hotel using our Wyndham rewards points. We liked this hotel as the rooms were spacious, clean, we were able to get a connecting room, and breakfast was included. This was our first time ever staying at any Baymont and we will definitely try this brand again in our travels

During our trip to the black hills we had a few extra days and decided to go to Spearfish Canyon. This was a good place to spend the night. It was simple, clean, and quiet. It was affordable and they offered free breakfast which helped us save a little more for our vacation. All in all we were really only there long enough to sleep and would say this is a decent place to spend a night

We spent valentines in spearfish last week. We never stayed here before and was pleasantly surprised. We chose this place because it was the most affordable for us. It was quiet and cozy and free breakfast. We are happy with our stay thank you

We stayed here for one week while waiting for repairs on our families RV. This was the most wonderful unexpected stop we could have never planned for. The hotel looked remodeled or updated, it was nice quiet and comfortable. The kids loved eating at the Pizza Ranch restaurant at the hotel. We loved having breakfast served every morning so we could focus on getting the kids ready not to mention the unlimited coffee who doesn't love that. The staff answered all of our questions and helped us out finding local contacts since we were new to the area. Spearfish is the most beautiful area and the people of South Dakota are the friendliest people we have ever met. 10/10 will stay again!

Beds were terrible. Room was dusty. Haven’t cleaned behind nightstand in a long time. Haven’t washed the bed skirts in a while. Was trash under the mattress. Shower had some sort of funky hard water/soap buildup. Shower head height is for shorter people. I’m 5’7” and had to duck to use the shower head. Advertised as a suite and it was just a regular room.

This property needs a lot of love. Plumbing was barely functional. The light switch in the bathroom didn't work. We tried to open a window because it smelled stale, but I was afraid the window would fall out of the wall.

Check-in was fine. However the parking lot was very tight, pool was permanently closed, breakfast was the worst breakfast we've ever had during an overnight stay, and check-out was not to be desired. There wasn't one single employee around to check out and that was me standing there for nearly 5 minutes. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
