È una struttura molto accogliente, con camere confortevoli, luminose, pulite,letti comodi. L'arredo e gli ambienti comuni sono molto romantici. Gli spazi esterni, con annessa piscina, ben curati. La colazione molto abbondante, consistente di dolci caserecci, croissants, bevande calde e fredde di ogni tipo e tanto altro, servita dal premuroso Alessandro,un ragazzo dolcissimo, figlio del gestore, che si è prodigato anche in ottimi consigli riguardo i luoghi da visitare. Insomma, consiglio vivamente Villamena a chiunque volesse visitare la suggestiva Spello e i suoi dintorni

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno in questo b&b che consigliamo vivamente. Elegante e sobrio, pulito, silenzioso, offre una ottima e ricca colazione, in un ambiente familiare e cordiale. La struttura ben tenuta è vicina al centro di Spello che si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Il signor Pietro e suo figlio Alessandro sono sempre disponibili e anche solleciti nel suggerire cosa visitare e dove. Siamo stati davvero contenti di questo soggiorno che ripeteremo volentieri se saremo di nuovo in quella zona

I highly recommend staying at this b&b where we felt so welcome. The cleaning of the rooms is perfect, the staff welcoming and very honest. The place is really beautiful. Highly recommended.

Stayed from 14/08 to 19/08 for a ride in Umbria with my wife on a motorbike. The quality of this B&B is unmatched. Located under the walls of Spello, it offers very pleasant evening walks without the need for vehicles. The owner Pietro, welcomes you with kindness, dispensing you with the best places to visit and giving valid advice for journeys. Super abundant breakfast by the pool where it is also possible to cool off when returning to the hotel. Cleanliness and excellent services, spacious rooms with all the necessary comfort for the holiday. Absolutely recommended. We will be back.....

The owner Pietro is really kind and helpful, he knows how to make you feel at home, in a familiar and welcoming atmosphere, he gives you lots of useful information and puts you in contact with excellent restaurants in the area. All the staff super friendly and welcoming. A princely breakfast, a breathtaking view, an excellent location for those coming by train and because there are lots of beautiful things to see not far away, as well as the historic part, even Villa Fidelia, a 15-minute walk away for those who want to relax in nature.

Les plus : L'emplacement est très bien. Juste au pied du superbe village de Spello. La piscine est sympa. La dimension de la chambre est très bien. Propriétaires visiblement sympathiques même s'ils est difficile de communiquer du fait qu'ils ne parlent que l'italien. Les moins : Bruyant. Fenêtres rès mal isolées, au bord de la route et avec un restaurant juste en bas. Propriétaires qui ne parlent ni français ni anglais donc discussions limitées pour les français qui ne parlent pas l'italien. Décoration assez datée Petits déjeuners copieux mais plutôt industriels (mais ok)

Great to have a pool so close to the center of Spello. This accommodation is on the road facing the walls of the city.the rooms are nice with a small terrace . As great coffee drinkers there was no opportunity to get a tea or coffee apart from breakfast. A small drinks station somewhere would have been welcome .
