Hotel meraviglioso in un posto incantevole. A pochissimi metri dal centro (storico e lungomare) e per raggiungere la spiaggia praticamente ci vogliono 5 minuti 2/3 minuti a piedi. Colazione sublime e staff eccezionale e molto ma molto accogliente. Un valutazione super positiva è dedicata al signor Leone o Lello. Ci ritornerò molto presto.

Io, il mio compagno e la nostra bambina di 18 mesi abbiamo pernottato una notte presso una camera Classic/ Standard, devo dire di essere rimasti male alla vista della stanza posizionata (come da foto allegate) in una sorta di piano interrato, non avevamo un affaccio su strada, giardino o insomma vista aria, molto claustrofobica come stanza, ma vista su grate e mura molto spiacevoli e anguste, oltre al rumore quasi continuo durante la serata e la notte dei motori, credo, dei condizionatori. C’è da dire che essendo un hotel a 4 stelle, per la tipologia di camera che ci hanno dato il prezzo è piuttosto esoso e onestamente pensavo che con il prezzo che abbiamo pagato avessimo una stanza migliore, non è accettabile una stanza del genere a 215€ per una notte (compresa colazione) con il rumore tutta la notte e un affaccio così angusto, credo che nessun hotel 4 stelle dovrebbe proporre ai propri clienti una camera del genere, non c’era un po’ di luce naturale, un grigiore triste e buio. Ci siamo rimasti male. Il nostro non contento rispetto solamente alla camera. Poi personale gentile, disponibile e simpatico. Colazione ricca di ogni cosa buona anche per celiaci. Posizione super favorevole anche per famiglie con passeggino per un passeggio lungo mare, servizio navetta efficace per il lido al mare.

Albergo 4 stelle nella struttura e nei servizi. Stanze ampie molto pulite bagno dotato di ogni confort. Acqua gassata e liscia e 2 bibite a disposizione. Anche Netflix in alternativa alla semplice tv. Colazione ricca e varia sia dolce che salata veramente top. Bella atmosfera nella SPA e piccola palestra annessa ben fornita. Ma tutto ciò non sarebbe che un corpo senza anima, è il personale tutto l'anima pulsante dell'hotel. Gentili, premurosi, efficienti! Grazie ragazzi grazie VIRGILIO GRAND HOTEL per il bel weekend che ci hai fatto vivere.

E' già da diversi anni che, ogni volta che andiamo a Sperlonga, soggiorniamo in questo splendido hotel. Il personale alla reception è sempre gentile e premuroso ed attento ad ogni richiesta. Il signor Raffaele, responsabile del preziosissimo parcheggio interno alla struttura, è stato gentilissimo e attento alle nostre esigenze. Michela del centro benessere è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa e grazie alla cura, professionalità e passione che mette nel suo lavoro ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancor più magico.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura una sola notte. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Camera al primo piano difficile da raggiungere in quanto bisogna prendere due ascensori in punti diversi percorrendo lunghi corridoi. E’ risultata piccola ma pulita. Il bagno necessità di manutenzione causa presenza di calcare nella rubinetteria e nella doccia anch’essa piccola e con una fastidiosa perdita d’acqua dalla porta. Valore aggiunto il terrazzino con tavolino e sedie e mini bar gratuito con acqua e bibite. La colazione è buona anche se in una struttura 4 stelle secondo me la caffetteria dovrebbe essere servita ai tavoli e non self service tramite macchinette. Ottimo il parcheggio privato.

Ottimo albergo con massima disponibilità del personale..qualità ormai rare da trovare in giro. Pulizia eccellente e colazione da vero 4 stelle. Un grazie speciale a Giuseppe per la sua cordialità e simpatia. Abbiamo passato un bel week. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Su questo hotel avevo grandi aspettative perché ho prenotato da Booking e lì le recensioni non erano negative. Oltretutto visto il prezzo legato non solo alla location ma anche ai servizi accessori come la Spa, il parcheggio privato ecc...mi aspettavo di più. LA STANZA DOPPIA CON LETTO MATRIMONIALE AL PIANO 1 ERA RUMOROSISSIMA. Tubazioni con acqua corrente, piccoli colpi, scrosci e un vroooom che sembrava non derivare da movimenti di umani. Abbiamo chiamato la reception e ci viene detto che probabilmente al piano superiore qualcuno sta usando l'idromassaggio privato. Dopo le 24.00 ognuno fa quel che vuole ma stento a credere che abbiano usato l'idromassaggio per oltre 1h. Infatti, stanchi e assonnati abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza e il receptionist ha accettato di buon grado di spostarci. Può capitare una stanza meno confortevole però un hotel che abbia 4 stelle deve badare anche al comfort soprattutto per gli orari notturni.

Ottimo Hotel, camera pulita e confortevole, personale gentile e disponibile, ottima la colazione continentale ed il personale del ristorante è stato gentilissimo, ottima la posizione vicino al mare e centro storico (ci sono scale da fare), buona la Spa la consiglio.
