The hotel is located right at the edge of the forest, but several kilometers away from the ski lifts. This makes it a good starting point for a hiking holiday; however, it can be challenging for skiing activities. Although the breakfast buffet lacks variety, the food that is offered provides sufficient energy. The reception staff were always very helpful and friendly. From some members of the service staff in the dining area, we would have expected a stronger customer focus. An evening glance into the dining room resulted in a direct demand: “Come here, pay here!” — which we found very irritating.
On the positive side, the cleanliness and the view from the rooms met our expectations and are a real plus. The play areas for younger children are also excellent. We recommend trying out the three different saunas.

We were a group of friends travelling for skiing (beginners). Last year we stayed at hotel Harmony and since we liked the idea of renting equipment and having access to the slopes from the hotel we decided to try Pinia this time as on the photos it looked comparable. The ski shop at the hotel was not great, there were not boots (size 42) and the shop employee was not helpful at all (obviously not an employee of the hotel, but the experience was not good).
The hotel itself, was a bit tired, our room had a terrible gutter scent and was not being cleaned daily (only trash emptied). For a 4 night stay our towels were only changed once and this only upon our request at reception (please note that we had already hang at the door the required form with what we would like to be done daily). Linen was never changed. Spa was good but just on the high side in terms of price.
Finally, service from the reception staff was excellent, they were very helpful and friendly with us. The highlight of the hotel along with breakfast.
Bottom line: Do not rely on the hotel's rental shop, if you are a beginner probably best to find a different location more accessible blues. Cleanliness level was poor but staff were great.

Everything went smoothly during my stay until I checked out and left the hotel. The hotel charged me for free parking. But Trip.com rose to the occasion.

* best food (I had half board, they offered a wide selection of delicious dishes (drinks are not included)) * very good accommodation (I had a family room) * there was helpful staff * the hotel is located right next to the ski slope (difficulty - red, chairlift) * all kinds of saunas

I went to this hotel with my partner in December 2024. We were there for an anniversary. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Apart from the high price, the service is poor. The rooms are dated in general, they don't provide drinks for dinner (a joke for over 130 euros a day) and dinner was also poor. Only breakfast was good, despite the noise of children all around. Next time, we will celebrate definitely in a better 4 star hotel. PS: they will apologise, but they don't really care. From the reviews, the same problems are ongoing for years and years. This is what happens when profit comes first. Well, next time, i ll bring my money elsewhere.

We had a very pleasant stay during a weekend.Particular thanks to Natalie at reception,she was very helpful and professional.We will return for sure soon..Super weekend. For a couple is a good spot where To stay and also we received the pass for the ski-lift at free

Hotel: Hotel was freshly rebuilt, so everything is in a very good shape. Room service was average (it could be really better), the hotel itself was clean. Receptionist staff solved problems slowly and incompliantly. Restaurant: We had half board. Food was tastefull, regulary refilled and wide choice was offered. We were really satisfied. Sauna&Swimming pool: Swimming pool was nice with warm water. Saunas were well heated. Ski rental: Expensive and skis were not good maintained. Children zone: There is a nice large children play zone.

We DON'T recommend it! It is not a standard that you can expect from a 4-star hotel. The Internet does not work. When we asked stuff, they said that it is free so they don't need to guarantee that it works. The wellness and swimming pool areas are small and poor. Breakfast is the same every day and the quality is not great as well. Acoustics in the dining room is bad so you need to eat breakfast in the noise. We wanted to change hotel in the middle of the stay as we felt it was not as described and the stay was unpleasant. We were informed that we won't be refunded the money paid for the days left. Avoid this hotel if you want to spend a calm holidays.

We stayed for 3 nights on half board basis in a family room with two kids and my mum to celebrate her 70th birthday. The good points are helpful and friendly staff, good spa services. But that’s probably it. The bad: The worst was the food. Unless you love red meat and dumplings, eat elsewhere. We were starving every night, as there were no other options other than red meat, red meat and more red meat. The swimming pool was not clean. The so called cardio zone is in a dark corner of the spa area with no wifi. Wifi overall in the hotel is poor. You will struggle to connect if you don’t have an iphone. Decor of the room is ok, but could do with updatIng. The hotel mainly caters for German pensioners coach tours or families with little kids. I would not return.

Wir sind als 5-köpfige Familie verreist und haben uns dementsprechend 5 Paar Skier im Hotelkeller ausgeliehen. Bei der Rückgabe aller 5 Paare fehlte jetzt angeblich noch ein Paar Kinder-Ski. Dieses war auch nicht mehr auffindbar. Wir hofften auf Hilfe bei der Rezeption, da der Mitarbeiter der Ausleihe augenscheinlich völlig überfordert war und immer wieder auf seinen Scanner verwies, der noch ein offenes Paar anzeigte… Bei der Rezeption sprach man dann ganz schnell und plötzlich weder Deutsch noch Englisch. Erst bei Drohen mit der Polizei und Herausgabe der Kameraaufnahmen aus dem Skikeller wurde eingelenkt. Auf einmal hatte alles wieder seine Ordnung. PS: Die Rezeption verwies immer wieder darauf, dass die Ausleihe nicht zum Hotel gehört und nur eine Fremdfirma ist. Helfen wollte man aber auch nicht so recht. Andere Gäste oder der PC waren dann wieder wichtiger. Die Bitte die Polizei zu rufen wurde mehrfach ignoriert. UND: Für 4 Sterne kann man ruhig ein deutlich größeres Buffet erwarten. Meiner Meinung nach gehören Tortilla-Chips mit Sauce auch nicht zu einem Buffet; die Kellner waren überfordert und machten einen ungelernten Eindruck (siehe auch Kommentare anderer Besucher). Dafür waren die Preise auf Niveau Österreich/Südtirol. Unser Zimmer war alt und abgewohnt. Die Heizung wurde ferngesteuert. An der Rezeption kann man sich melden, wenn es einem zu warm oder zu kalt ist… ABER ACHTUNG: Auch hier kennt man nur EIN oder AUS (Frieren oder wohlig warme Heizungsluft). Ein nächstes Mal in diesem Hotel wird es nicht geben!

Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass die Skiausleihe und die Kommunikation an der Rezeption nicht gut gelaufen sind.
