We stayed at the hotel with 2 children aged 8. We had a great room with lots of space. Breakfast was buffet style and dinner was served as a buffet or as a plated meal depending on the number of guests. You could choose something in advance (you could possibly include a children's meal). The food was delicious. There is a small bar where you can sit in the evening. The hotel has a playroom for smaller children up to 6 years old. The absolute highlight is that you can use the wellness area to yourself. There is a lovely playground. You can pet goats and sheep. It was great that the price including the GO Pass was included. The staff are great, friendly and try to fulfill all wishes. We were very satisfied. The surroundings are great. We would love to come back.

I booked Superior room and I was really a pleasure to stay there. Nice view from window, comfortable bed. Only one small detail - the shower was a bit tiny. Personel was friendly and helpful. I can fully recommended.

We have spent three nights in the hotel, visited spa and hotel restaurant. Room was nice, new and nicely decorated. Spa at the time of our visit was in privacy, what was really appreciated. Restaurant offers delicious food. We also learned a great recipe! :) Hotel staff is very friendly, nothing is a problem. We had a brilliant stay.

Accommodation comfortable, everything worked as it should. Restaurant with a very original menu and perfectly prepared. The cook receives a star from us. Waitresses very pleasant and efficient. Going to return next time.

Let's start with the unpleasant lady at the reception who makes the sweat smell bad. We booked a room with clear information that the spa was included in the price. Upon arrival, the unpleasant woman at the reception first asked why we were standing there!!! Then we wanted to politely explain the matter and even suggested that she extend the opening hours of the spa by 30 minutes, but she immediately laughed at us. Additionally, she didn't want to give the manager's number... a 4-star hotel, a disaster, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!

The hotel and location in general is very nice. Food was delicious too. What I didnt like is the lack of information that receptionists gave us. They didnt tell us about the discounts that we had with hotel partners - we found out at the very last day from the before. They didnt inform us that is needed to book the spa centre, so we went there because it was empty and after 10mins the receptionist came and kicked us out. There was no sign at the door, nor any of them told us before. So I think these information could have been communicated earlier to avoid really uncomfortable situations. As well in the room at one big bed there were 2 completely different mattraces- one super hard another one suuuuuper soft- I felt I was sleeping in some hammock or hole.

This place never disappoint. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend, this hotel is the best. 2 hours away from Prague, it provides an incredible view on the valley, which is absolutely quiet. The rooms are all renovated with very modern and cosy decoration, the restaurant offers a wide variety of food for all (special mention to the vegan options), and the staff is super helpful. Last but not least, after your day hike/run/ride, the spa will offer you all you need to recover. See you in few weeks again all ! :-)

Beautiful hotel in good location, nice personnel and amazing food. Wellness was fine and relaxing, we would appreciate warmer sauna and playing sound in sauna, also possibility to go out to snow, that would be perfect. Thank you for accomondation and services.
