We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village.
So the hotel was nearest to them.
The staff and facilities were good.
The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country.
The side of the hotel we was on in Room 901 there was a nightclub (seems only open Friday,Saturday &Sunday) music pumping out till 5am which made 2 nights for us no sleep. We left on Sunday.
Overall good but would not want rooms on 901 side when we revisit

We stayed only one night. My room was large. The shower water temperature and pressure is good enough. The internet connection was fast. The breakfast was excellent.I will definitely go back. Mug given a chance

We had a pleasant stay, the room was comfy, warm and spacious. Breakfast were nice, staff polite, overall we can recommend this hotel.

Clean, bright rooms, well-equipped, own parking spaces, very easy to reach, very friendly staff, English is easy to get by, excellent cuisine, the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options. We will come back in any case!

The hotel is ideally located in the center of Spisska Niva Ves. The family room is spacious with a separate bedroom for a child. The bathroom is small but there was no need for more space in my opinion. Breakfast is included in the price. There is a choice of cereals, bread, jam, cold and hot dishes. The staff is friendly and helpful.
