We had difficulty getting into the room. Every time we entered it was a problem. Both keycard and door latch. No Wifi reception in the room we were assigned at all. We were not offered a different room. The room was clean The bed was confortable

Our heater in room 107 was malfunctioning and the room was extremely hot to try and sleep in no matter what temperature the thermostat was set to. The only alternative was to open the first floor window in the -5 degree weather to cool the room down. There was no extra help in the hotel to look at the heater, even the next day.
