Very clean hotel. Comfortable bed and all things we needed in the bathroom were there. Also very handy that there was a fridge and a microwave in the room!
We needed to be close to the airport. Quiet environment.

At first, the room the hotel gave us was next to the deafening integrated outdoor unit, and we couldn't rest! Later, we coordinated with the hotel to change it, and the breakfast was good. I personally think that such a room should not be allocated to guests, but should be used as a storage room.

The Holiday Inn Spokane Airport is not hard to find near the freeway. The American breakfast food is diversified. There are two Japanese restaurants near the hotel that you can choose from, without eating steak.

Stains on chair & ottoman in room.
Stains on lobby chairs.
Unfortunate that the hotel shuttle isn’t 24 hours.

Loud noise allll night starting at 11 am to 3 am
Called the office to complain and it never stopped.
The room was dirty as well as the hall way. The front desk guy was super nice. That’s about the only good part of our stay.

I was not impressed. Was told it was a suite with a separate living area. I was given a 2 queen room which wasn’t what I paid for. And not offered anything else when I called front desk to ask about it. The beds were so uncomfortable, the microwave was old and missing the piece with wheels that holds the plate and rotates it. Just not worth the money I paid for it.

The staff was excellent, but a bit disappointed with the room. Couldn't close the curtains to block out the morning sun, the TV was at an odd angle, and wasn't informed ahead of time that the pool was closed. The pool/hot tub was the reason we booked the room.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. The location was where we needed it to be. I would say the only negative was the breakfast was sad with not many options but there are many food options just down the road. If you are looking for a clean hotel with great staff in a quiet location this hotel is for you.

The shuttle drivers were very helpful, pleasant and good drivers. It was a very quiet night's sleep. The breakfast was very good and all the help very cheerful and competent.

Clean! Clean! Clean! Cleanliness is my number one decision on staying in a hotel. Everything was modern, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the front desk accepted my DoorDash order. That earns the front desk 5 stars just for that. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle was also great bo is. I would definitely stay here again.
