Ramada by Wyndham Spokane Valley

It was alright for needing a last min place to stay and close to good food in walking distance.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that, this hotel is gross, dirty, and unsafe for any person to stay. I highly recommend NOT staying here.

I’m a 25 year old male, I couldn’t care less to leave a review. But it was really that bad…. My girlfriend and I walk into our room and there’s what looked like a blood splatter on the wall along with many different colored stains, some of which looked like they were related to the human body. So we go and ask for a different room. Clearly giving them a second chance was a mistake. In this room the lights didn’t work along with, yes you guessed even more multi colored stains. Not to mention the gentleman at the front desk could not have cared less. When I mentioned a refund he told me I had to go through *******, including the 50$ deposit from 15 minutes earlier without attempting to explain. He did this without apologizing once like people asking for refunds was an everyday occurrence to him and it seems like it is… We were able to get a room at another hotel in the general area and told them about our experience and they have had people come to last second book with them a number of times after cancelling at this location. At the new hotel, staff also stated that they have heard of many “horror stories” from over there. Save yourself the time and hassle.

It was late, and I decided to stay instead of attempting the four hrs trip home. The folks here accommodated me right away. With a proper rest and some breakfast (that they provide) I was more than able t make my way home. I wish I could remember the gals name that checked me in, she was lovely.

Excellent room. It has the big bathroom vanity so we could spread out our stuff. The room was super clean. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was great. The location was perfect close to the highway and many places to eat nearby.

Went down hill ever since new owners. Took out the pool, hot tub, the “ included “ breakfast is not much more than a cereal or toast. Beds are old uncomfortable. At check out refused to give receipt. Using excuses like “ system down. Printer out or ink

Room and lobby were clean and staff was friendly and accomodating. I was commuting in to Spokane from this Valley location. It was worth it, as it felt safe and rooms were clean for the price. I had trouble logging on to WiFi, and lobby computer was not available for use. Exercise room had limited equipment. OVerall, good experience

Very pleasant stay over two nights. Check-in was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. This hotel offers breakfast in the lobby at no extra cost, standard “help yourself” choices, which saved me the extra cost and trouble of finding a local fast food place. The property is situated within a block of a large shopping center and several dining establishments offering plenty of options. The only real inconvenience was the noise from the A/C unit. It overwhelmed the TV volume when it came on, and a light sleeper might have problems with it.
