Mirabeau Park Hotel

Excellent restaurant, easy to get to!

I loved everything. Except the lack of coffee issue and 3$ charge for a small paper cup of coffee..

Location is great but likely will never return. We been hotel and airbnb hopping locally since we are getting house repairs and based off so many positive reviews, we wanted to give this place a shot and happened to have a few night gap. Check in was great and staff was nice enough, but it sorta ended there. This place is big and a little confusing, our room is so far away from the front, we likely would never use any of the amenities on a regular basis. Even breakfast didn't end up happening for us since it ends at 9am. I will say the beds and especially the pillows are very comfy. The fridge is a nice size as well. The rooms are average, but me and my husband both work late and the last thing we want after going to bed at 4am in the morning is having people knocking at our door early. We have been staying at various places since January and this is the ONLY place this has happened at. At about 9:30 the maids started knocking, by the time I woke up enough to answer and throw on appropriate clothes, they had left, I figured no big deal, maybe they missed the "do not disturb" sign on the door and tried to go back to sleep. About an hour later, another knock. Again, got woken up, went to the door, no one was there but I hear the maids nearby. At this point I am getting a little annoyed so I stay up and start watching a show. Another 30 mins or so goes by, they stop by again and at this point I yelled, "we are good we don't need housekeeping". They were like are you checking out, in which I replied "no? we are booked until tomorrow". So now im frustrated and call the front desk. They sorta brushed it off to human error or mistakes being made because I booked it third party and they must have missed it because they scheduled us to check out today. They fixed it, but not the way I like to start my mornings and now matter how we book, we shouldn't be treated any different. So now, we have to go back to the front later to get new keys made since ours had gotten deactivated. I see a lot of positive reviews, so maybe this was just a one off experience, but just keep this in mind when booking for shorter stays or booking third party. Now to try to get some sleep...

Expensive, but worth it.

Great stay at the Mirabeau Park. Rooms are comfortable the hotel is pet friendly, (a big plus) and the amenities are wonderful. Really good food. Thank you Mirabeau.

For $10 more than one of the chains, you get a a bar, a restaurant, and a served hot breakfast
