First experience I ever had I end up booking the room and didn't realize that it was the wrong date for me to book this room and it was not even 5 minutes and I couldn't even get a refund for it that's very lousy customer service very lousy everything talk to you not give somebody their money back I can understand if it was like 678 hours and then I tried to you know cancel it was within the hour that I canceled because I was the wrong date and so you guys just take my money I'm not okay with that

There was food on the walls by the bed. The top blankets weren’t clean. The bathroom was old and had paint peeling. We were given a tool other than what we paid for but not a discount. And they put us by the front desk. We heard the phone until late into the night. And then again early in the morning.

Room service did not come to our room once to clean it as we stayed there from Friday to Sunday also asked for towels it took about an hour and a half to get some and was told there was a pool and continental breakfast which was not available for both of them

I asked for a room near the entrance because my husband is disabled. The hotel clerk said he could give us a handicap room which I said I didn’t want. He gave us one anyway. It was uncomfortable because it’s meant for a wheelchair. Very unhappy!

I like the affordability of the rooms, and they come with complete kitchens. However, my room had a coffee maker but was missing the coffee pot.
