Best Western Hotel Acqua Novella

Beautiful location with wonderful view. Nice room, excellent breakfast and perfect location for those seeking tranquility and a romantic atmosphere. I recommend this hotel for a weekend, 2 nights, with breakfast.

We stayed for 4 nights to visit the Riviera di Ponente. The hotel is located right at the beginning of Spotorno, in an enchanting position, high on the Aurelia: the historic center is just over 1 km away. The hotel is accessed with an inclined lift, which takes you to the car park and then with another lift which takes you to the reception and the rooms. Our room – a standard one – was quite small and, above all, the shower was small. Luckily we are slim! I have to say, though, that this was the only minor gripe. The hotel is very beautiful, very clean and well-kept, the breakfast is superb, the staff are very kind and professional and the view you can enjoy from the breakfast room is fabulous. The moment when the sun rises from the sea, behind the island of Bergeggi, is unmissable. A tip for those staying for tourism: ask for the Tourist Card. It allows you to use all buses in the province of Savona for free: the stop is a stone's throw from the hotel. You can go as far as Andora in the West and as far as Varazze in the East. Also considering the difficulty of finding parking in the coastal towns, the bus is an excellent alternative to the car.

E' il secondo ( e ultimo) anno che soggiorno al best western Acqua Novella perché partecipo alle gare della swimtheisland e questo albergo ha una posizione strategica, trovandosi sopra il campo gara e avendo un comodissimo ascensore per raggiungerlo. Abbiamo prenotato una camera superior, 200 euro a notte, bella ampia con terrazzo, una bella vista mare, quindi fin qui tutto ok. il parcheggio, che in liguria è fondamentale, è escluso dl prezzo e costa 16 euro a notte. primo trovo che quando si prenota una camera in un 4 stelle ci si spetta il parcheggio compreso e soprattutto non ci aspettano 16 euro al giorno. Il check out è alle 10.00, un tantino presto, chiediamo di poter restare fino alle 13 perché avevamo la gara alle dieci. Eravamo consapevoli di dover eventualmente pagare un supplemento, e ci andava bene, ma ci chiedono il 50% del costo della camera 100.00 euro. secondo noi un po' troppo. due nostri amici, dopo il check out chiedono di lasciare la macchina al parcheggio, e viene detto loro di NO, che dopo il check out devono sposatala o pagare l'intera giornata, altri 16.00 euro. E' per questo che nonostante sia una bella struttura, in una bella posizione, l'anno prossimo andrò altrove.

Bon hôtel bien placé, a une super vue sur la mer. Parking à dispo 12 euros par jour, un peu cher…, chambre spacieuse, vue sur la mer avec balcon en commun pas gênant. Un Ascenceur nous dépose à la hauteur de la route, plus qu à traverser et on est à la mer ! Plage privée qui collabore avec l’hôtel. Prix des boissons assez onéreux. Petit dej de l’hôtel complet le matin, personnel sympathique, seul bémol les jus de fruits qui sont en poudre… trop sucré et chimique, dommage pour un 4 étoiles. Personnel à la réception peu chaleureux. Hôtel à conseiller mais clairement pas un 4 étoiles.
