It was clean, safe and convenient. The staff were super nice. Excellent stay. If available, choose a room not on the highway side of the building.

Always a wonderful place to stay on business; free breakfast organized and prepared by Mark is consistently ready fresh and clean! Tammy the General Manager will go out of her way to ensure your stay is just how you'd like. Nice BBQ area with outdoor seating. I didn't have a pet but there is a big field next door and walking distance to the Mall.

The suites in this hotel are spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchenette is well equipped and has a full size refrigerator/freezer. Plus it’s in a great location near Central Park with plenty of shops and good restaurants. It’s a hard to beat combination that I highly recommend.

There was a lot of long hair on the walls of the shower.

We needed a place to stop en route further South, and this was an ideal spot. While the location is at the back of a mall, this also provided easy access to more than a dozen restaurants within minutes of the hotel. It also means you can go walking around the mall, or in the mall if the weather is not great. The location is clean and felt very safe. There is a little bit of road noise from I-95, but it did not interfere with a good night sleep. The breakfast offerings were terrific, and the man running things clearly took pride in his work and really worked to keep things stocked. I was super happy to see gluten free offerings that allow someone with celiac disease to partake with their family. The rooms were as expected—clean and well appointed. While the pool was closed for maintenance, I love that they have a bathtub (and that the stopper actually works). Good job!

No WiFi in the hotel, and even though management are aware, they did nothing to fix it. Instead, they pass you off to a third party help desk that is not even on premises. Useless. And staff extremely unhelpful. The phone in my brother’s room was broken. The sink in my bathroom was badly cracked/broken. Lights and outlets on either side of headboard inoperable. In short, as a high frequency Marriott traveler, this was one of the worst properties I’ve had the misfortune of staying. Spend your hard earned $300 at a hotel with staff that actually care and with rooms that are not in actual disrepair. Would give a zero if possible.

The place was convenient, clean and comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom. Not sure about the surrounding area as we came late at night. Driving to Florida we only stayed for one night. The pet fee for one night was $150, almost as much as the hotel. They could use a bit more dishes and cups.
